Description

Chalet des Coeurs is a beautiful chalet that has been finished to the highest standard in every way. It is located at the beginning of one of the most scenic and peaceful valleys in the area – The Vallee de la Manche. The chalet is situated at the end of a private driveway just a few minutes on foot from the Nyon Telepherique and 150m from a ski bus stop if required.

This unique and beautiful location offers quick, easy and snow sure access to the world renowned Portes du Soleil ski area which includes almost 650 km of marked pistes.

Chalet des Coeurs has five lovely bedrooms and can sleep up to twelve in total. There are two double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite), 1 twin room, 1 spacious twin with bunk beds and also another twin with a children`s bed as well.

The chalet also has three stunning bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The property is well appointed and has everything you need. There is a wi-fi connection, laundry facilities and parking for up to five vehicles.

The traditional alpine village of Morzine is twenty minutes on foot (1900m to village centre), so we do recommend having a car to help with things like provisioning, although there is a free bus that runs up and down the valley during the day. Many of our guests choose to drive all the way to Morzine and of course hiring a vehicle from Geneva airport is also very easy. The drive into the village centre is just a couple of minutes, where you will find supermarkets, shops and of course lots of lovely bars and restaurants.

All in all this is the perfect chalet for a couple of families or a group of friends who are really keen to get on the mountain. This beautiful alpine chalet will definitely lead to a truly wonderful, relaxing mountain experience.

We had an amazing time at this chalet with our friends. As a group of 11 , we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalet is conveniently located a short walk from the Nyon lift and short walk walk from the nearest bus stop, which takes you to Avoriaz in just 15 minutes. The pre-ordered ski passes were neatly arranged on the table, providing seating for all 12 of us. The heating system was excellent, ensuring a consistently warm atmosphere without the need for using the fireplace. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing delicious meals, and the presence of a second freezer in the garage was very convenient. Additionally, the garage offers the option to charge an electric car. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were well-maintained. We booked ski equipment with AllMountainRental, and the service was excellent. Thank you for ensuring a seamless experience! Overall, our experience at this chalet was exceptional, offering the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and accessibility for a group of friends on a skiing trip.

We spent a wonderful week at Chalet des coeurs even though it was not possible to ski because of the COVID crisis. The chalet is very comfortable, well equiped and decorated. Location is ideal with a breathtaking view on the mountains and the river. We definitely recommend!

Fantastic chalet in a nice quiet location. The pictures don\'t due justice as to how much space is available, its actually much bigger than its looks. We had 9 adults staying for a week & it was plenty big enough. Alptitude where very helpful from the off & were the reason that we chose the chalet after looking at several others.

Travelled with family and friends had a fabulous time in chalet de coeurs. Great chalet with everything required for cooking and for entertainment. We did have some difficulty working out the bus times as the nearest bus stop wasn’t marked on the bus timetable but once this was sorted on our first day we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient service. Alptitude were excellent at coming back us with answers to any queries or concerns in a timely manner. Thanks for a brilliant family experience.

We had a wonderful time in Chalet des Coeurs, just like last year. It is a great place to be. The chalet is spacious, 3 bathrooms and nice beds. It is situated on a quiet place on the lower side of the main road so you hear no traffic.

Had a great week in March 2015 at Chalet des Coeurs. We had a friendly and prompt welcome from Ben at the Chalet who showed us round. The chalet is excellent, quite spacious rooms which probably aren't done justice by the web photos. The kitchen, dining and living area were plenty big enough for our group of 10 adults. The bathrooms always had hot water for showers, and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of storage for our gear in both the ground floor garage and boiler room downstairs. The location of the chalet was good - a 5-10 min walk from the Nyon lift - though as we had hire cars we drove to Prodains most days. The chalet is near a bus stop - however the E route does not run much beyond 7pm, as such if you are having a meal and drink out in town you'd want to take a taxi back to the chalet - we paid approx 15-20 euros for 5 people. Some of our group also made the ir way back from Morzine town centre on foot - it's all uphill and took roughly 40mins. Overall an excellent week and we'd definitely recommend Chalet des Coeurs and Alptitude. Jake

We were a party of 4 guys all 50+ years of age visiting Chalet des Coeurs , February 2015. A terrific new, modern chalet with ample comfortable accommodation space. All the amenities you could possibly require. The only downside to this chalet is the location if you do not have a car in resort and you are using central Morzine (Pleney) as your entry point to the slopes ( Nyon lift is however 600 metres away) That having been said, the chalet is a 25 minute stroll down the valley to Morzine and the free shuttle buses do run very close to the chalet and we found very punctual to the published timetable. As we ate out in different Morzine restaurants every night, we would stroll into town in the evening and then take a taxi home. Initially taxis were difficult to come by but after two days secured the same service for the rest of the week ( Taxi 9, Arnaud LANDAIS +33(0) 608 489 664 ) who was even more punctual than the buses! All in all there is a bit of a trade off between location and first class accommodation , but in our opinion a trade off worth making.

We had a very good week at Chalet des Coeurs; the level of comfort was as hoped, particularly as one day was heavy snow and we didn't ski. It was great to have a comfortable "home from home" chalet to stay in. The layout of the chalet worked really well for us, being over three floors, since we were two families. All the rooms were furnished to a very good standard and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the log burner made the sitting area feel really cosy. The location of the chalet was no problem, as we had a car and also variously used the ski bus, which stopped nearby. In all, we were very pleased and would definitely book again.

An amazing property in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. All the furnishings were of a very high quality and comfortable, in particular the beds and bedding. The bedroom layout was perfect for friends/families sharing. The distance from Morzine didn't cause us any problems once we got use to the hourly bus service. Thanks again and if we ever came back to the area we would certainly choose Chalet des Coeurs to stay again.
