This is an authentic ‘chocolate box’ 3-bedroom chalet right in the heart of Montriond. It was once a small, traditional mazot, it’s been beautifully transformed into a cosy Alpine home while keeping plenty of its original charm and character. Many original rustic features including low doors.

The chalet is in the heart of Montriond village, just down the Valley from Morzine (2km, 5-minute drive) with easy access to the Ardent lift (6-minute drive) for high altitude skiing in Avoriaz. The village centre is just 100m away and has 3 bar/restaurants, a supermarket with bakery and an excellent ski shop. Lac Montriond is a 20-minute walk away with a further 4 restaurants and an abundance of summer activities. There is also a ski bus stop close by for easy access to Ardent or Morzine.
