Mazot Greffiers – New to Alptitude for 2025/2026

This is an authentic ‘chocolate box’ 3-bedroom chalet right in the heart of Montriond. It was once a small, traditional mazot, it’s been beautifully transformed into a cosy Alpine home while keeping plenty of its original charm and character. Many original rustic features including low doors.

The chalet is in the heart of Montriond village, just down the Valley from Morzine (2km, 5-minute drive) with easy access to the Ardent lift (6-minute drive) for high altitude skiing in Avoriaz. The village centre is just 100m away and has 3 bar/restaurants, a supermarket with bakery and an excellent ski shop. Lac Montriond is a 20-minute walk away with a further 4 restaurants and an abundance of summer activities. There is also a ski bus stop close by for easy access to Ardent or Morzine.

Overall

Nous avons passé un séjour charmant en famille dans ce magnifique chalet, avec une décoration très chaleureuse. Chaque chambre disposait de sa propre salle de bain, ce qui est très appréciable. La cuisine était parfaitement équipée, même si le frigo est un peu petit pour le nombre d’occupants. Le jacuzzi, accessible à tout moment et sans vis-à-vis, était un vrai plus. L’emplacement est également idéal, dans un très beau cadre, à proximité de toutes les commodités et des remontées mécaniques.
